Product Return Policy

Conklin Company’s Sales Center will accept product returns from Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and Customers based on the following criteria:
  • Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase and be accompanied by a copy of the original order
  • Products must be in a marketable, clean, unopened, saleable condition and verified by authorized Conklin personnel.
  • Product returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge. If original product purchase caused or contributed to order discounts, these discounts would be forfeited to the amount of the order minus the returned product.
  • * If, after these conditions are met and the product is deemed to be in saleable condition, then your convenience account will be credited with the purchase price (less any discount, shipping and handling) within 30 days.

* Products Which Cannot Be Returned

  • Heat-sensitive items, including all Fastrack® animal supplements, Feedstore® products and Probiotic Support.
  • Custom-tinted paints and caulks
  • Special order items (Non-stock items as indicated in the Conklin Pricer and by the Sales Center)

Product Performance Assurance

If you or your customer are not satisfied with a product’s performance after using it in the manner recommended and for the purpose it was intended, the Conklin Company will credit the net purchase price of the item to the purchaser’s convenience account.

This Performance Assurance is allowed within one year of purchase and is limited to five gallons or five pounds or less with the exception of those items noted in the chart below. One refund per year per IBO or Customer is allowed and all refund requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original order.
